Tandoori Chicken is smoky, spiced, and roasted traditionally in clay ovens.

Ingredients

  • Chicken,

  • Yogurt,

  • Lemon juice,

  • Ginger-garlic paste,

  • Spices


Preparation

  • 1. Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 4 hours.

  • 2. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake or grill chicken until cooked and slightly charred.

  • 3. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onions.
