About the Recipe

Nihari is a Mughlai delicacy, eaten traditionally at breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Beef/mutton,

  • Onions,

  • Ginger-garlic paste,

  • Nihari masala


Preparation

  • 1. Heat oil and fry onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and nihari spices.

  • 2. Add meat pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Add water and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until tender.

  • 3. Garnish with coriander, ginger strips, and lemon before serving.
