Nihari is a Mughlai delicacy, eaten traditionally at breakfast.
Beef/mutton,
Onions,
Ginger-garlic paste,
Nihari masala
1. Heat oil and fry onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and nihari spices.
2. Add meat pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Add water and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until tender.
3. Garnish with coriander, ginger strips, and lemon before serving.
