Idli is a healthy South Indian steamed breakfast dish.
Idli batter,
Oil (for greasing)
1. Grease idli molds with a little oil. Pour fermented batter into each mold.
2. Steam for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.
3. Remove carefully and serve with chutney or sambar.
