About the Recipe

Idli is a healthy South Indian steamed breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • Idli batter,

  • Oil (for greasing)


Preparation

  • 1. Grease idli molds with a little oil. Pour fermented batter into each mold.

  • 2. Steam for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.

  • 3. Remove carefully and serve with chutney or sambar.
