Haleem is a nourishing dish enjoyed during Ramadan.

Ingredients

  • Wheat,

  • Barley,

  • Lentils,

  • Meat,

  • Ghee,

  • Onions,

  • Spices


Preparation

  • 1. Soak wheat, barley, and lentils overnight. Cook them until soft.

  • 2. Cook meat with onions, ginger, garlic, and spices until tender.

  • 3. Blend grains and meat together into a thick paste. Fry onions in ghee and garnish on top.
