Grocery delivery is separate and has its own store-specific delivery availability in supported cities: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax.

Yes. You can cancel your Explorer membership anytime from your dashboard. There's no cancellation fee — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refund is issued for the remainder of that period. Cancelling your membership is separate from closing your account: closing an account is a permanent, email-confirmed step that suspends access immediately after you confirm and anonymizes your personal data after review. To cancel a grocery or kit order, email customercare@tasteport.com at least 24 hours before delivery.
Yes. Every plan earns Taste Points on grocery and kit purchases (1 point = CA$0.01) that you can redeem on future orders.
