About the Recipe

Kottu Roti is a Sri Lankan street food favorite, a stir-fried roti dish.

Ingredients

  • Parotta/roti,

  • Chicken/egg,

  • Vegetables,

  • Curry powder,

  • Onions


Preparation

  • 1. Chop leftover rotis into small strips.

  • 2. Stir-fry with vegetables, meat, and curry powder. Add beaten eggs if desired.

  • 3. Mix everything together on high heat for 5 minutes and serve.
