Serves 3-4 (2 pizzas)

from one of these stores:
  • 100g of paneer cheese cubes

  • 2 tbsp butter chicken-style gravy

  • 1 regular naan (other styles work too, 2 naan if small)

  • 1 cup sliced green peppers

  • 50-100g cheddar cheese (based on preferred cheesiness)

  • 50-100g mozzarella cheese

  • 1tbsp chilli flakes

  • 1tbsp oregano

  • Any other toppings you like! Some suggestions:

    • 1 cup onion​ cubes

    • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

    • 100g chicken, tofu or other protein

Break apart Paneer cheese into cubes that will be placed on the naan. Mix Paneer cheese to the traditional butter chicken style gravy. Mix until the paneer becomes coated in the sauce. 


Next, take the mixture and spread the butter Paneer cheese across it. Add more sauce or gravy so the entire surface of the naan has a sauce base. Make sure to leave space between cubes of the paneer cheese, as they will melt and cover more area when cooking.


Add small chunks of green peppers and other preferred toppings to the areas of the naan without the paneer cheese.


Depending on preferred level cheesiness, grate mozzarella, cheddar or other preferred cheese types along all the toppings to cover the entire pizza with various cheeses. This will provide some wonderfully diverse flavours.


Bake the pizza(s) at 450F for 5-7mins or until crust is golden brown. For a very crispy base, keep pizza near bottom of stove. Once golden and at the desired crispiness level, take the pizzas out. Add a dash of chilli flakes or oregano for taste.


Gooey and crispy paneer and cheeses are now moulded together for a diverse fusion taste that your taste buds will remember. This will be  pizza like you've never had before!
